Struggling to lose the weight

I’m a 27 female 5’0 and my weight fluctuates HEAVILY throughout the month as my cycle is irregular (21-34 days cycles and I’ve missed or was late on my last 5) right now and I’m working with my gyn to figure out what’s the cause (suspecting endometriosis) I’m between 156 (morning follicular phase) 159 (end of day follicular phase) to 165 at the end of day period weig

I was weightlifting 3 to 4 times a week before all hell broke loose in my life a few months ago so it’s a lot of added stress for sure. Now I get 1 max 2 workouts in. I have a very sedentary lifestyle as I do desk work evenings through the early morning so it’s a struggle to hit 5000 steps and I average about 3,500 but I’ve been getting more in purposely by using my walking pad at work or just walking laps.

My current max calories of the day is 1650. I’ve been meal prepping and eating within that 4 out of the 7 days of the week. And my off days I struggle but typically I’m within those calories but with shitty foods.

FOR THE LIFE OF ME I CANNOT GET THE WEIGHT OFF. It’s been about a year of working out seriously and
two months of meal prepping.

Recently I’ve been STARVING and exhausted. And idk if my deficit is the issue, my hormones, or if it’s just a lack of discipline. Last year I lost 20 pounds in 3 months when I first started but nothing since.

I know I need to do better with eating on my 3 off days but even still it feels like the weight is just not budging at all. I really struggle with nutrition but even wit the changes I’ve made it seems like I haven’t lost anything. feel so discouraged bc I keep hearing “you still look the same”

Without workout out I burn 1700 calories naturally (according to my Apple Watch data) it’s like I’m doing what I should be but still nothing.

Please be nice but truly I’m open to honesty 🙃
