Hi! I just made greek yogurt at home, and I’m trying to calculate the calories, carbohydrates, fats, and protein in the greek yogurt but I’m not sure how the process is done. Here are the nutrition numbers:
the 0% milk i used: 900mL 270 cal, 5 carb, 0 fat, 3 protein
the yogurt i used: 130mL 82 cal, 10 carb, 2.8 fat, 4 protein
the liquid whey that i strained: 643g 187 cal, 36.9 carb, 2.5 fat, 5.9 protein
g of yogurt the final greek yogurt made: 293g
I saw a reddit comment from 6 years ago about how they did it, but I am not sure how to calculate the maths here 😭 If anyone could provide some assistance that would be really great!!! Thank you 🥹
