Losing weight faster after massive weightloss

Hiya everyone

For short I'm a 18 year old female, mostly sedentary (less than 5k steps a week) 5'5ft height and 87.5kgs

I've already lost 40kilos in the last year by being in a deficit, my starting weight was 127kgs

I started maintaining on purpose for a bit while I had full bloods to check that I was still healthy and could keep going

My goal weight is to end at 70 kilos so I need to lose 17kilos more

I recently started dieting again back to 1400 calories but I've never felt so hungry, to the point I end up "resetting" my calories at 12am just to eat. I know calories don't reset therefore it might be hindering my progress even if I calorie count

I have found 1700-1800 calories to be my best calorie deficit to maintain my fullness, this is with adiquete protein and nutrients in my diet

My problem is I haven't been losing if at all on this amount, my bmr is 1600 I believe but my maintenance I believe calculated to 2000 so I should still be in a deficit and losing, even very slowly at least?

I'm losing maybe .2 kilos every couple months, is this normal or is this lack of proper calculation?

I really want to lose 17 kilos by April 2027, so do I go down to 1400-1500 and deal with the hunger pangs? Or do I stick to what I am now and accept defeat that it's going to be a lot slower

Thanks a lot!
