Is it in any way healthy?

So I’m 18m weight around 380 lb but I’m someone who likes to be out and around. I got diagnosed with a MC4r defect which has changed the form of the receptor which translates to when you have eaten. Because of that I never have the feeling I have eaten.

I am now on wegovy on a small dosis. But I’m 3 days a week in the gym i do weight loss workouts combined with lifting weights. For example I can do 3 times 475kg on the leg press but can’t do more than one push up.

Next to going to the gym I have tennis each week which does get me heated. But what makes a difference for me is that I have a passion for biking. 2 times per week I bike around 32 kilometers or 20 miles. Next to that I do daily around 5-10 kilometers or 3-6 miles.

So I had rapid weight loss from eating almost nothing (around 1000-1500 calories). In that period I lost 18kg 40lb in 8 weeks. So now I’m feeling pretty much motivated to get started back again. I got hard words from family from Africa motivating me.

What is the best way to upper my push up amount. And keep losing weight. And what foods do y’all recommend? Thanks
