Have any of you genuinely, deeply, and honestly accepted you were healthy when you reached your goal weight?

Those of you who successfully lost the weight, how did you learn to genuinely accept you were healthy and move on with your life? I mean like you believed deep down you truely felt healthy and relaxed about your size and weight.

I grew up obese (i even had stretch marks in elementary school) but also pretty active and built up a lot of muscle mass along with a lot more fat. I ended up losing about 100 pounds 7 years ago but I am still paranoid about my weight. I am 6'2, 225 pounds with a 38 inch waist, optimal blood test results, resting heart rate of around 50, vo2 max of 44 (solid considering my weight, but im working on improving it). On paper I'm healthy, but the problem is 225 pounds still feels like a big number. What makes it worse is I've been an expat in Asia for the past 7 years and I have Northern European genetics, so I feel massive around these people. I feel like the ugly duckling in the sense the ducking felt bad about its body because it was the lone goose in a homogenous group of totally different birds with totally different bodies.

I know all this stuff rationally, but genuinely BELIEVING I am healthy is a totally different issue. I still feel big. I'm well over 200 pounds, I still wear 2XL shirts because my back is massive, and my booty is huge from years of hiking and strength training when I was over 300 pounds. I have to wear 3xl shorts and undies (American sizes, not Asian) because of my over developed booty. I don't mind my butt, yet it is hard to feel like a healthy weight when I buy XXL and XXXL clothing. And it really doesn't help my only baseline for the past 7 years is a bunch of slim Asians. I've actually tried losing muscle intentionally to slim down but it is FAR harder than losing fat and it bounces back ridiculously quick.
