Anyone find out they were low in calcium or iron while tracking macros? What did you actually do about it?

I've been tracking macros for a while (mostly protein and calories) and only recently started paying attention to micronutrients like calcium and iron. Curious how others have actually handled this, not hypothetically:

Has this actually happened to you, finding out from a blood test, a doctor, or just checking your app's micronutrient tab, that you were low on something like calcium or iron?

What did you actually do about it afterward? Did you change what you cook or eat, start a supplement, or honestly just not do much?

If you tried to fix it through food specifically, what got in the way, if anything, recalculating your macros for a new recipe, not knowing which foods actually have enough, or something else?

Not looking for general advice here, more interested in what people have actually experienced and done, especially if you're already tracking macros or calories closely.
