im 21, 5'3 and 175 pounds. though i carry my weight pretty evenly, im obviously overweight and yet the idea of working out makes me feel so silly.
its hard to explain, but the concept of getting up early to workout makes the devil on my shoulder say "whats even the point? you're too lazy to lose weight." i just saved this HIIT video and have been walking for ~1 hr a day (im home for a month so im pretty sedentary otherwise) but i still think "you know you'll give up eventually, you're destined to be fat forever," making me feel stupid for even trying.
ive been trying to lose weight for years but always fail or give up after losing 5 pounds, so this 'devil' feels like honesty atp.
did anyone else go through this, and if so, how do you overcome it? not just the consistency but the positive mindset and less self discouragement!
