Hi! I’m female, 17 turning 18 in October, I don’t really move around a lot, and weigh around 220 pounds. I’m trying to loose weight and I need some tips mainly on how to stay motivated. I know the basic stuff of “eat healthy” and “move around a lot” and I don’t have a problem with that, I just can’t find the motivation to do it or keep the motivation if I find/get any. It’s also pretty hard for me to remember to do the things I plan to do in order to lose weight, but I hate going outside especially, in the summer, and I can’t do the treadmill unless it’s late because I don’t like people looking at me while I walk. Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated!
