Next steps on my weight loss journey?

37M, 5’9” currently 205lbs. I was 242lbs on Jan 1, 2026. I’ve been running a calorie deficit, and consuming 1600-1700 calories a day. I’ve also been on Wellbutrin and phentermine as an appetite suppressant to help. Lots of protein in my diet.

My issue is I have hit a wall and cannot drop below 204-205. I want to 180-185. As for physical activity, I have not been hitting the gym, but I am very active at work completing 8-14k steps a day including other motions. Not sure what I am doing wrong. It’s like my body has just said nope we’re not letting anything else go.

Any advice is appreciated.
