So I need some help in my fitness journey I started the gym like literally last week and it's been almost 2 weeks that I am doing gym for context I am a 23 year old female and tried to lose weight throughout my life but majorly now I have came to my senses and like I have accepted my body but I really want to work to make it more healthy for myself I have also realise that like I really enjoyed gym, both strength training and cardio but I have not been able to be consistent with my diet and its really bugging me that I just cannot know what to eat how to eat I have tried calories counting and it makes me so over whelmed around with numbers that I just cannot do calories counting every meal everything I put it in my mouth I just guidance from the people who come from like a heavy way to fit healthy body so anything that is not very overpowering and just really like something easily I can like now I am going to college also from my masters so anything that I can also continue to practice even when I am outside my house away from my family and just really like easy habits.
