Hi everyone
I have been trying, albeit poorly, to loose weight for a long time. I had some life changes late last year and suddenly dropped some weight (increased exercise). Since the scale finally started shifting- I took this as my chance.
I started properly in the middle of May. Trying to be very mindful about calories. I cant rely on exercise because I have health problems so took the pure calories in approach. Since may I have dropped another 6.6/7lbs. I hit my goal, and set myself a new goal. I am only 0.7 points away from being a healthy BMI!
My friend is really struggling with her weight and associated health complications. She is trying to loose 5kg and I have already done that this year.
I don't have anyone in my life to really tell or share this with so thought I would post here. I am hoping to loose another 3lb by August to sit comfortably in the healthy zone.
Just felt proud, if you are also trying. Dont give up, it is possible.
Edit: I will be increasing my calories back up to maintenance when I hit my goal. Does anyone have any tips on how to do this?
