It's very bumpy at the bottom

I hit my goal weight 2 months ago. I lost 41kg (90lbs) and am now hovering at 85kg. 54M 6'1" (185cm). I've weighed myself every day during the loss and since while in maintenance. I am amazed at how much variability there is day to day since being in maintenance. While dieting the scale was very consistent with few "bumps." Now, I can go from 84kg to 86kg to even 89kg and then back to 85kg all in one week. That's literally a 5kg (11lbs) swing in a week.

Does anyone else see that amount of "bumpiness" around their goal weight?

I'm not particularly concerned about it as I know I will not allow myself to see a consistent upward trend...but I am surprised.

For example, yesterday I definitely ate my "maintenance" calories of about 2300 but I "gained" 1.2kg overnight. Yeah, I had two slices of pizza and so the carb factor explains some of it. I am just really surprised at the variability day to day.
