I've been working out regularly for a month, I'm still overweight, but ever since I started my mental health has been improving daily, and I haven't felt this good mentally since a long time.
My clothes also fit me much better than before, and I'm starting to notice changes, but not too much that it's impressive.
My anxiety and depression are the biggest change though, I noticed that I don't get as nervous as I used to be, and feeling confident about myself have become a lot better than it used to be.
I'm glad that I picked up going to the gym, it's saving my life.
