For reference I’m a 5’7M 143lbs and have been eating quite well for the past year.
Yesterday just felt like one of those ‘eat everything in sight’ days so while my day started off on the healthier end, by the end of the day I’d downed what felt like a stoners dream 🤣
This morning I woke up and was ironically the same weight as the day before, not that it mattered to me honestly. Currently finished a cup of tea and not feeling too hungry as yet but won’t starve, fast or try to burn off the calories either as I’d do before.
I’ll end off by saying that removing the negative self talk on the days that you slip up will do wonders to the days forthcoming. It may take time but the mind is powerful and you should just stay at it!
