For context: I am 6 foot, 220 started at 245 in early May. My caloric intake has been averaging about 1700 per my macro tracker and I track almost everything (I do not include things that label as 0 calories but may be <5 like sparkling water, that is it). I do eat at fast casual like Chipotle and use their calculator rather than weigh it because I do not bring a scale with me. other than that, at best I do not think I have more than a 20% error which would still only put me at 2k calories.
I work out twice a day 6 days a week. The first daily workout is a 1.5 mile morning ruck which my tracker says is 200 kcal, which I do every day. Then the rest is alternating PPL lifting and a 4-5 mile run. Without any exercise, my work requires about 10k steps per day 5 days per week as well.
All in all, every tracker i have used has told me I am burning about 3.1-3.5k calories per day. And my weight loss tracked with that, I lost 2-3 lbs per week for 2 months straight. But I have just been completely stuck at +/-1 for almost 3 weeks and i just do not understand how. I don't think i had a significant water weight loss initially either, as i was lifting heavy before this (for years, all i really changed is i lowered my caloric intake and began monitoring it and added the rucking) and still take 15g of creatine daily, which i never stopped doing. So I think the initial loss was all fat loss?
I just really can't figure out why I haven't gone down at all in weeks. I am at a point where I just don't believe water can make up for all of that, if it is water. And worst case scenario it just seems like there should be a minimum of a 1k deficit no matter how bad I theoretically am screwing up my food tracker. I usually eat one meal of 1k-1.5k (usually directly out of a box) and then 2-4 scoops of protein powder to meet my calories/macros. There's just not enough there for me to be screwing it up. I am still trying to hit 190 lbs before November/December but it just seems like something is wrong
Edit: I should add i am not new to fitness. I was doing powerlifting and I just decided I would rather be less fat because...well i came to terms that i was not just "bulking" but getting fat. I have about 171 lbs of lean mass at the start of this anyway. I also have done marathons (not quickly though) in the past (8+ years ago) as well as a Spartan Trifecta. I also used to help people in the military lose weight on the fitness enhancement program...I just can't help myself i guess.
