\*Mid morning -11:30am\*
1 cup green tea/lemon water
\*Lunch-1:30pm\*
Salad 🥗 + curd+rice + moong daal
\*Mid evening-4:30pm\*
1 cup green tea / sprouts
\*Pre-workout\*
1cup black coffee
\*Workout -5:30-7:00pm\*
\*Dinner -8:30pm\*
Poha/green 🥗 salad +papaya
\*Bed time -10:30pm\*
5gm triphla +1 glass lukewarm water
\*\* Take 1 tablet of ACV 30 min before lunch and before dinner
\*\* weight loss sandwich\~
\*1/2 cucumber
\*1/2onion
\*1/2 tomato

So I am starting to workout after 7-8 years.. joined the gym yesterday with a 1 year membership and 1 month PT.. full motivated to go to gym everyday and workout..
My PT sent me this diet yesterday.
