Any tips on dealing with sleepiness when losing weight

Been losing weight for the last few weeks. I’ve lost ~6kgs in the last 4 weeks. I usually work out in the mornings right after I wake up. But ever since I started, I’m having a hard time staying focused throughout the rest of the day. I work from home and I feel very sleepy throughout the day and have to take 10-15min naps every 1-2 hours even after getting 8 hrs of sleep every night.

Is this normal when losing weight? Any tips on how to deal with this? My performance at work is getting effected and I also can’t bring myself to do anything else as I just want to lay down as soon as I’m done with work for the day.
