I’ve been in a calorie deficit for about 2 months now. I’ve been doing really good, I eat healthy and I have days where I eat whatever I want to balance it out. However, lately I’ve been really afraid of eating certain foods even in a deficit. Like having a burger for dinner. I know it’s under my cal limit so I won’t gain weight, but for some reason my mind keeps telling me the bread will go to my thighs and my arms.
I have a serious dilemma anytime I go out to eat because I want to eat bread and food that I enjoy but I get so anxious that it’ll somehow make me gain weight despite not going over my calorie limit. How do I get over this fear?
