I’m about to start calorie counting again after a long break which hasn’t been great. I have adhd and I find meal planning so hard. I’m also totally uninspired with cooking at the moment. Wondering what women on 1800 cals eat each day? And how you manage a sweet tooth not just with fruit…. 😬
Do you find it more successful to eat the same each day or mix it up?
