Hello y'all! I’m F20, 171 pounds, and 5 feet! I’m trying to work on losing weight cause I’m TIRED of being embarrassed by everything and hating how I look! Also, I have a quince to go to in like late January of next year! So I NEED to not look awkward!
Genuinely, I have tried throughout the years but after a month or so, I end up becoming lazy after a while. It’s draining for me BUTTT I’m trying this new routine that I got from researching many social media platforms and I came up with going to the gym every 3-4 days and doing certain workouts! And obviously, cardio (I personally love cardio so much! Grew up doing cardio everyday as a kid!) I'm trying to look kind of masculine as a girl, so slightly skinny and muscular! (I already do but more like chubby and Thats not super ideal)
but yeah I LOVE the idea of being able to finally become more responsible for myself and actually do better! If you have any advice on foods, workouts, things that have usually helped you guys achieve your dream bodies, PLEASE HELP! Please take care y'all! And honestly, don't try to compare yourselves to other<3!
