Hi everyone. English isn’t my first language, sorry for any mistakes in advance.
As someone who lost and regained a lot of weight I’m finally ready to start my weight loss journey again. I’ve been eating terribly for the last 5-6 months. Now, i’m just trying to eat healthier and a little below my maintenance- I have an important exam in 10 days and can’t tolerate too low calories while studying, can’t make time for exercise apart from my evening walks- The huge problem is I get a terrible headache whenever I cut back on carbs. It’s probably because my body is used to higher levels of blood glucose and I know I will adapt soon. However, it gets so untolerable that it gets in the way of my daily life and studying -which has been my top priority in the last 2 years- and I always end up quitting. Has anyone had that kind of headadhe and how did you deal with it?? -I get regular health check ups and nothing’s wrong-
