Because ive "started over" too many times to count, shared it with too many people every time and then gained the weight back. I cant go through it again
Im F, 5"7 and weigh 213 lbs today. This is my heaviest I have ever been and I am so frustrated at myself for getting to this point. I have T2 diabetes and high blood pressure in my family and I dont want to go down that path
Im feeling nervous to start again based on the decade of failed attempts. I am going to calorie count but start at a 250 deficit instead of 500 for a couple of weeks I think. This time I am going to pay attention to macros as I never did that before - 13 years of trying to diet and never thought to check what I was actually eating?!
Anyway, just needed to share for my own accountability and for encouragement - the posts on this page help me so much to feel inspired 😊
