Lacking motivation after weight crept back up

Hi everyone it's basically what the post says. I had a lot of motivation when I first started and ended up dropping about 35lbs which I was very proud of and still am. The problem is that a few months ago I got pretty sick as in struggled with exercise and spent a lot of time in bed recovering for about 2 months. Over that time I tried to eat healthy and do what I could but I ended up putting on 5lbs which I know isn't a lot but it was completely destabilising to me.

Anyway now I'm better and can exercise again I'm trying to build up to where I was and start the weight loss again but I'm just so unmotivated. I'm tired and would rather sit down than go for a run. How do I get this motivation back? The scales just aren't moving and I know it's my own fault I just can't get my head back in the game. The scales are being very consistent they haven't changed in a month so at least I'm not making it worse. I have about 15lbs now to get to my next big target and I would love to be there I just can't convince myself that I need to start putting in the work again despite the fact I'm hating on myself and how I look.

For people who have lost motivation- how did you get it back?
