I lost 77 pounds a year and a half ago. I'm keeping that weight off ever since. I eat exactly the same stuff weekly (stuff I enjoy) and in the long run my weight always one way or another zeros in on 140 pound. Originally I aimed for 145. But my body always goes to 140. Around 1 pound over and under (probably not the most accurate scale anyway).
Every so often I make bread, bread is my thing, it's the food I can't say no to (in a mater of speaking because I constantly say no). I don't make it every week but the last 2 weeks I did.
All I ate was a 3rd of every loaf which was around 700 cal extra. So that's about 1500 cal extra in 2 weeks.
I get up on the scale and I'm 2 pounds more than last week (I weigh myself one time, once a week). I know it's nothing in the big picture, and everytime it eventually goes away, but it is annoying.......
So how do you deal with this? There's always the thought creeping in my mind that this is real weight.
Any thoughts?
