how do i get back on track

i’ve been on a weight loss journey since the beginning of february, losing about 8kg so far

i had expected to lose a bit more than that by now, because my minimum goal a month is 2kg, however, i struggle with binge eating and recently fell back into some of those habits after experiencing a breakup in May. i was doing great and being disciplined, but now i just loosely track, snack so much and think about food a lot again

after basically trying to lose weight most of my life, this time i had promised myself would be the last time in my life i have to lose over 50kg, that it would be the last time seeing 3 digits on the scale. so im afraid that i will fail again

i don’t know how to get back on track, im currently wrestling with my mind

any advice will be appreciated 🙏
