Hey guys I started my weight loss journey on the first and I wanted to document it.

I am starting at 210 pounds I am a ft 10-11 foot male. In the past I weighted around 245. I went on an extreme weight loss approach combining exercise and calorie intake. I also am a firm believer in one meal a day. I combined the three and created my own approach that works for me.that year I got down to as low as 165 but 170 was my weight. after that Christmas I maintained 175 pounds for the entire year until Christmas where I got up to about 195 and I have never put it off since. I currently am not confident nor happy. For me weight loss and exercise and having a goal to works for makes my life worth living. It makes me love waking up in the morning with a goal that I am actively working towards. It feels great. I want that again. I started yesterday at 210 and we will see how low I get in a few weeks. My secret as well as my diet is I buy a tv series in full on dvd, and I am only allowed to watch it while on the treadmill. I did 7 miles a day when I was younger I am not sure my body can still handle that but we will see! That includes walking running whatever you want to do you just have to do all 7 on your treadmill. It makes it extremely fun for me personally.
