Forgetting to eat

I started my diet 11 days ago with the goal of going from 255 lbs to 200 lbs and gaining some muscle in the process.

I'm supposed to be eating about 185g of protein, 2200 calories, 65g of fat, with carbs filling the rest.

The issue is, I keep forgetting to eat, which leads to me being way under my protein goal most of the time.

I'm worried it could be hormonal, but since I'm usually going over 65g of fat daily, I don't think that was the issue.

Any suggestions for remembering to eat? Has anyone else dealt with something similar?
