Feeling lost and tired and I hate my body rn

27F, lost about 15kgs via deficit plus workout. The last few months I basically ignored everything I was eating and gained about 5kgs back. Now I'm on a work trip for an indefinite period. I found a gym nearby, so I'm keeping up with my workouts, however I don't have any control over the food. Food is made in the canteen and they only serve vegetarian food (carbs on carbs on fats yay).

I have my protein powder with me and I found a guy who'll give me boiled eggs in the morning. But lunch and dinner continue to be an issue. Because I don't know what they put in it, I can't even guesstimate my calories. I feel like I've been eating in a surplus. I try to just skip dinner, or skip lunch so I have some control, but it doesn't seem to be working. I just want to go back home to my food scale and portioned sizes 😭
