I am 41F, 170 cms and 103 kgs/226 lbs. I have lost 18kgs/40lbs in the past five months using a GLP-1. I am eating 1500-1600 calories a day using a food scale and tracking it on MFP. The problem is the pace of weight loss has slowed dramatically in the past 3-4 weeks where I’ve lost about 1.5kgs/3ish lbs. My body has also gotten used to my current dose and I’m feeling hungry often but I’m also too scared to eat because of the plateau. All I do is think about weight loss, read posts about it and watch wieiad videos. I am hungry, snappy, weepy and irritable and have no motivation to workout or go for my walks. I was going to the gym 3 times a week and getting in about 10k steps a day. But ever since the weight loss has slowed, instead of increasing my activity, I have dramatically decreased it because all I do is get in my head. Any advice or words of wisdom that will help me snap out of this cycle would be most appreciated.
