Do calories really matter if I get all my nutrients in?

19F 5’7 257lbs yeah I know it’s bad but working on it. So currently I’ve been eating the SAME EXACT meal for 2 months now. I get 30g of fibre, 150g of protein, and 96g of carbs all equating to 1300 exactly. I know that’s quite low for my weight and height but does it truly matter when literally all my nutrition goals are met? I do OMAD and I really don’t want to eat any more meals a day/eat anymore in that one meal because I’m already full as it is.

For my activity level, I don’t go to the gym but I have equipment at home. I do strength training every other day, 10k-20k walk everyday and a 30 minute cardio video everyday

I still want to lose the weight gradually and not quickly at all

Any advice would be much appreciated
