Hey , so i have started a cutting plan , i’m in caloric deficit eating around 1800-2000 calories daily . I increased my protein intake and i try to balance healthy fats , carbs and fibers . I eat red beans , broccoli, sweet potato , tahini , almonds , fish ,chicken breast , dairy products (protein yogurt,cottage cheese). And i started having these constipation issues which i didn’t have before , i had it when i tried to keto but i got off that thing pretty quickly . My macros daily are around this (a random day in my tracking , i track all food intake): 1788 kkl 161.1g protein 96.1g carbs 86g fats
I drink plenty of water im exercising 3-4 times a week with extra cardio session and i’m also walking occasionally like 10 k steps once a week . How can i help this issue ?
