hi I’ve been really doing great for 3 months. lots of self control, changing my eating habits, incorporating exercise. I’ve lost 20lbs. i work night shift in a hospital. often patient families bring us nurses food. in 3 months i have not ever indulged. my coworkers will have sweets or pizza etc and I stick to my healthy foods I brought. even at home, my kids and husband will have tempting carbs and sweets and I ignore. this shift a family brought a catered pasta, garlic bread and cesear salad and 4 boxes of specialty doughnuts for the staff. I had portion of everything and I feel especially bloated and gross. I’m exhausted and I only will go home and have one night off and haven’t planned grocery’s or a healthy meal idea for when I wake up. mentally I’m ok, I know these things happen but physically I feel gross. is there any quick fix to feel better physically after this referre regretted binge? thanks
