10th month anniversary. Down 30kgs.

It’s been 10 months since I decided to take control and get my shit together. 174cm male From 107kg to 77kg.

It feels good and I want to celebrate the success. I can run 5ks in 35 mins now whereas 10 mos ago I couldn’t run for a minute straight. My asthma which I thought would hold me down, I now hold it down instead and treat it like my worst enemy. No excuses.

Far from perfect, and far from done, but I’m not stopping any time soon!

Although, it is quite difficult now knowing calories and macros, sometimes I slip into this obsessive disorder because I just refuse to go back.. I never want to put that old weight back AGAIN.

As a last thing: anyone else with me on this journey, can you please suggest tips on how I can optimise my recomp moving forward, like if it’s possible to get rid of the love handles and some of the flab I’d love to know! Even the smallest changes can have the best effect! 💪
