Weight Loss Plateau

I’ve (F23) hit a plateau to end all plateaus… I used to weigh in the range of 75kg and since last October have gotten down to around 67kg. I was momentarily around 64kgs last February but that did not last.

Since February I have lost no weight. In fact I’ve been the same 67.something kgs every single month on the 21st since January. I don’t see any significant improvements in my overall appearance or physique.

Currently I eat 1600 calories a day, 107g of protein a day and an emphasis on fibre, all of this weighed on a food scale

10K+ steps a day

I workout in some way almost every day - tennis twice a week, weight lifting with progressive overload 3-4 times a week and some form of cardio 1-2 times a week. This sometimes does mean 2 workouts in a day.

Im at a healthy BMI and according to every other metric but don’t think my physique is aesthetically pleasing. I would like to lose at least another 5kgs.

What is there left to do? Logically I struggle to believe my maintenance has dropped to 1600 with the amount of exercise I’m doing - I struggle to believe I’m burning less than 2000 calories a day on average. But at the same time that’s almost the only other conclusion. I am a bit worried that I won’t be able to sustain a further deficit of around 1300-1400 calories - my job is sedentary but really needs me to be able to think and my activity level is already high, I’m not sure how many more workouts I can squeeze in per week, despite me enjoying them.
