Hi, I'm 6'4 male, approx 310-315 pounds and late 30s. I play golf quite frequently, 2-3 rounds a week walking and like to gym but find it hard to fit in. I work an office job and spend most of 9-5 Mon-Fri sitting.
My kryptonite is sweet stuff like chocolate and ice cream though occasionally crisps and nuts sneak in too. I have a bad tendency to binge eat. In the past I have been fairly active and felt in really good shape around the 240-250 pound mark.
What would be people's advice and tips for losing weight with a desk job and fitting in golf? Thank you in advance.
