Should I up the calories in my deficit?

As a disclaimer, I plan to go to a dietitian to talk about this. I just haven’t had the time to make an appointment.

So I am 5’10”, 24F, and weigh 148 pounds. I’m just wanting to shed a few pounds and tone up. When I lost 35 pounds three years ago, I used a defecit of 1800 calories. This was before I started serving. Now I work at very active restaurants, where I’m walking 9000 steps a day on average. I have been super on top of my protein and fiber intake, I have 150+ grams of protein and at least 25 grams of a fiber a day. I’m starting a defecit of 1800 again. However I still feel super hungry almost every day, should I up my caloric deficit or keep the calorie count as is?
