hi, Im a 25 year old 5’10 male, and I’m currently 165lbs. I included a visual below, but I’ve been at around 1650 calories a day for a few months, I’m wondering if I should continue to be in this deficit, or if Ive reached kind of a plateau of what I can lose right now body fat wise, and I need to go into maintenance and focus on getting my protein in and gain muscle, let me know what you think!
in addition, if you could recommend what parts of my body I should work on, I have a very busy job but I can usually sneak in a daily 30-45 minutes at the gym about 5 days a week, and I want to make the most of that time and really focus on what would benefit me the most aesthetically to be doing in there.
