scale weight not changing but looking better ?

Okay so, I was binging for a bit once every few days for 2-3 weeks, never anything too insane and on said days i walked well over 12k steps. While i understand that I may have gained a lb or two, I’ve been looking way better? I’ve also started creatine, so idk if thats made a difference, but I’m lifting heavier, I’m walking between 10-15k steps a day, and I just look way better? My stomachs a bit bloated, but I think thats more so to do w the constipation & creatine and excessive drinking of water than it is actual fat. My scale has gone up about 5lbs since I’ve overeaten, and I truly don’t believe thats fat, but I also want a harsh reality check on whether or not it is.

I’m not even quite sure what my tdee is, my trainer has me at 2050 cals for training days and 1850 for rest days, and for context i’m 20, 5’11, for tdee sake i’m 157lbs, I walk 10-15k steps a day, 12k avg/a week and I can do about 130lbs on hip thrusts, 120 on leg press etc, so I would say I can lift relatively heavy. I just don’t know if this is water weight, stress from genuinely not having had a single rest day that doesnt involve either walking or something in well over a month, the overeating/binging (which isn’t every day), or what. I guess I just put rely on the scale too much and don’t know what to believe.
