My friends and family are extremly unsupportive of me trying to lose weight

Quick Rant. My friends and family are not supportive of me trying to lose weight and every time I mention it, which I hardly do, they try to talk me out of it. I get it, I weigh 67 kg (169 cm tall) so I don't need to lose weight, but I'm tired of having to buy new jeans every year. I just want drop the few kilos I gained since I'm in a relationship again.

The social events are really the only thing that is challenging for me tyring to lose weight. I meet my friends and family around 3 times a week, then maybe another date with my partner. And it's always food based or getting drinks. And then having people tell you that it's stupid to get a diet coke instead of a full sugar one is just frustrating.
My partner is also of little help. His calorie budget is 3 times mine. If I tell him that I only have about 400 calories left for the day, he will suggest getting ice cream an hour later.

Anyways, I'm learning how to not completely overeat on social events and make compromises. I just can't really tell people I'm trying to lose weight.
