24f and 5’2.
i went from 90 kg down to 55 over time, and i’ve been sitting around 57 now. the thing is, the past 2 months i’ve been eating a lot more than usual and i feel like i’m losing control a bit.
i know 2 kg isn’t a huge deal logically, but it’s making me really anxious because i’m scared it’s the start of gaining everything back. i don’t trust myself around food the way i used to and it’s freaking me out and whenever i wear my clothes or jeans they feel like they fit super super tight and I can’t recognise what i look like in the mirror.
how do i stop this before it spirals? like how do i get back to a normal routine without going extreme again?
