Help a newbie out

Hey everyone. It will a long post, but I want to give proper background at where I am and what I want to achieve.

I am currently 57kg (~125 lb) and 158cm (~ 5'2"). Until August 2025 I maintained my weight around 52-53kg. Then around moving houses I was mainly eating baked goods and pizzas, so my weight upped to 54-55kg. Beginning of this year I started preparation for embryo transfer, which included 3 rounds of letrozole, courses of progesterone and all that resulted in a chemical pregnancy in April 2026. Also around Feb/March I ate more junk food than usual (chips, ice cream, non-alchoholic beers: 1can split into 2-3 days, but it's still carbonated). And the result from all this is my current weight. 2 weeks ago I had a dexa scan which showed 37.8% body fat.

I've been doing pilates on reformer 2-3 times a week since December 2025, walking 3-4km on a walking pad 4/5 times a week since November and doing 1 hour Just Dance sessions 2-3 times a week again since November 2025. Last week I started strength training at home, twice a week, aiming for 3 times a week.

I calculated TDEE with a calculator including also the body fat % in the calculation and with the current fitness load it comes around 1900kcal. I've been doing calorie deficit for almost 2 weeks now, rarely going over 1400kcal when counting only food, without subsiding the burned calories. Most days even I am below that. I don't have a gallbladder and have sludge in my bile ducts which has previously caused issues, so I avoid many foods. I currently eat mainly chicken, turkey, low fat cottage cheese, cucumbers, eggs, berries and some cooked vegetables from time to time. Takeout, again not too greasy, 2-3x a week, and it's usually creme soup.

I was using Gemini to calculate my calories based on photos. But I thought it might be not accurate and underestimating. So for two days now I am weighting all my food and logging it in My Fitness Pal. Turns out Gemini is pretty accurate, is anything it is overestimating.

Yet, after almost 2 weeks the scale has not budged. It's worth saying that I finished 10-days oral antibiotics course just 3 days ago, and I still haven't finished 13-days local antibiotics course. I don't know if the weight is not going down because of that or I am doing something wrong. I feel and look bloated and puffy, and from all I've read, week 1-2 are the water elimination phase, so I expected some change, although not fat loss.

Any advise? Do you think the antibiotics may have contributed or I am under/over eating? I planned to drop 4kg in two months, but not feeling hopeful this is possible.
