Hi guys I have one problem. Story goes like this im 183cm and I was 109kg. Then I decide to change my life. i set up 2000 calories, 180-200g of proteins, 60g fats. Gym 3x weekly but I kill it full.

In 4 months only 1 cheat meal/day but I was still around 2500 calories.

4 months later Im on 97.5kg (-11.5kg) biceps goes from 39 to 41 and belly -13cm.

Now problem is, i stuck on 97.5 last 3 weeks and progress isnmy biggest motivation. I left everything, junk food, parties with alcohol and I was 100% in my program and happy, now im stuck

3 weeks no change in kg or belly. Chat gpt say its now too much calories but I cant believe that 34 year old with some muscles and 3 x traning isnt in deficite with 2k.

What to do, I need 10kg to lose more.
