This weekend I went on a little weekend trip with a good friend, and this friend was very worried about my health (I have thyroid issues, and I tend to get low blood sugar because of it, which can look pretty scary, and of course it happened first thing this weekend again). She insisted on eating churros for breakfast both days, big lunches, ice cream, croquetas, if you know Spanish food you know what I mean.
Anyway, I went along with it because I didn't want to risk another low blood sugar event and because I didn't want to worry or stress her when we were trying to have fun. I thought it wouldn't affect my weight, since it's only two days and I've been so consistent about my deficit this whole time.
So this morning I weighed myself, and I'm up 2 kilograms from where I was Friday morning. I honestly feel really frustrated because I was so close to my goal weight, so what do I do now? How can I make up for this weekend?
