Was in pretty decent shape, a strong 190-195 lbs at 19 male
I am a metal drummer and I was into weight lifting, I had some trouble with college and moving to a new house and I lost my habits for a good month or so
I would drum for about an hour a day, basically like a concert set across one or 2 sessions some times less, and I would lift maybe 2-3 times a week
I don’t like how I look and feel right now, especially going into summer, any ideas what to do?
I’m at 207 and wondering how I could get back and how long would it take?
