Pretty much the title. Ill tell you the routine ive been following so far all my routine
Take a short walk which is about 1500 steps (daily)
Do 3 1 minute sets of jump rope (daily)
then I go through a body weight training routine which is oretty intense for me ( Every M W F)
Play hacky sack which is intense for me for about 45min to an hour (I do this 6 days a week)
Lastly, I ride the exercise bike for 10 min (M W F)
I just need to know how active this makes me for the calorie coutners and such. Thanks a bunch in advance.
