I have focused on the scale quite a bit, and is now down 38lbs since october :D also at a 30.2BMI so still plan on logging weight etc.
But I realized a pretty big non scale victory today, so adding another 2 I also saw this last month :D
1) I started a new job in November, and my work pants are waaaaay too big now. I have made 4 new holes in my belt and tigthened it by 6 holes in general. I ordered a summer uniform last week in my current size that will not fall off me if I load the pockets too much.
2) my thighs are no longer touching against my seat neighbor on public transit! I bus to and from worl everyday, and I no longer have to feel self aware of how I sit or have to place my legs uncomfortably to not "bother the neighbor". (Tho if a larger person sits next to me I absolutely do not mind, so I dunno why I cared so much tbh).
3) and today! I could tie my jacket around my waist/hips and actually do 2 knots! Aka it won't fall off immediately. I no longer have to always carry my jacket or sweater in my arms in case I get warm at work!
I normally don't keep too much track other than a daily weigh in, and a progress pic every 3 months. So it's fun to have realize how far I've come in a relatively short time. Yes it's been 8 months, but it have also only been 8months.
