So, as the title says, I have gained 15 kg. (I am now 72kg, 165cm) I went to doctors and they told me my hormones are fine. I moved to another country and I was stressed and probably because of that I gained weight. My fat percentage is high because I wasn’t exercising at all. I see some people with the same weight but they don’t look like me at all.
Small Background: I used to be skinny and used to do lots of pilates and kickboxing but I had to stop due to some surgery, then the “moving to another country” happened.
Now I try to go to gym but very irregularly. I am clueless about gym and can’t carry heavy weights.
Last December I wanted to lose weight so I tried cutting calories to 1600, the first month it was fine but then I started binge eating a lot and gained all the weight back. At least I know that it works when I actually cut down calories but the problem is, I CAN’T. I am scared of developing some eating disorder :(
So I kinda gave up, I started eating what I want and it stopped binge eating, and I realized I am eating at least 2200 calories, sometimes 2500-2700.
What should I do?
