15 day platau, possible causes?

Hi! I (19 Biologically Male) have been on a caloric deficit since January of this year, I have gone from 94KG, to 79KG. However, my biggest concern is that since I have reached 79kg, I have plataued?

I am a power lifter at the gym, and I have always tracked my calories STRICTLY, and adapted my intake to my daily activity, TEF, etc. My weight has been dropping every week (daily deficit of 800-1000kcal, so 1kg loss per week), and ocassionally had those flushes where it jumps and the goes down by a lot, but approximately 2-3 weeks ago I had a single refill day (still ate below maintenance, but only by 100kcal), and now I have plataued at 79.8-80.7 daily? I dont really understand it because ive still been at a daily deficit of 800-1000 per day.

My weight has not moved at all since then, and has simply been stuck in that range every day. Is there any reason? Usually I would have assumed it was water weight, but this seems like its farrrr too long to be water weight.
