I’m sure this has been talked about loads of time on here. Last year I started a medication which I was only on for 2 months, and caused me to gain weight…30+ pounds. I went from a XS and 26 waist to mediums and 30/32 waists. Since I’ve always been naturally skinny fat, all my weight is in my chest and stomach, with a little in my thighs. Obviously I’m disproportionate. Anyone have any advice on if there’s a different way to lose weight from specifically medicine since it was all hormonal since my appetite didn’t change or even if there’s some way to magically evenly distribute the fat? Please don’t be meanππ. Thanks!
