Male, 36 years old, 82 kg (about 181 lbs), 176 cm (about 5'9"), 1800 calories per day, 170 g protein.
Training: 4 strength sessions per week, 2 running sessions per week, 10,000 steps per day.
I’m completely exhausted. I’m so tired I don’t know what to do. Sometimes it feels like my legs can barely carry me and I just want to lie on the couch all day. But I’m strong in the gym. Stronger than I’ve ever been. I perform better in training than I ever have before, yet I’m completely drained in everyday life.
Still, the scale isn’t really moving, I maybe lose around 200 g (about 0.4 lbs) per week even though I estimate my deficit to be around 700 calories per day. If the weight loss had been steady, I could at least take comfort in that, but I don’t know what to do. What should I do?
